I would recommend her to anyone looking for a yoga teacher - whether for a class or for individual sessions. She knows so much about the body and can help with a range of issues, including those struggling with infertility, pain or those seeking stress management. The body can heal itself and Jeanne helps you recognize your own strength in doing this.

Jeanne at Yoga for Wellness runs an outstanding yoga center. It doesn't matter if your yoga experience is advanced or you are just starting to learn yoga, they have classes for all abilities. Often I have found yoga studios to be intimidating but that is not the case with Yoga for Wellness. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The teachers are experienced and helpful. I recommend Yoga for Wellness to all my patients.

To say Jeanne Dillion is a remarkable yoga teacher is an understatement. "Wizard" would be more apt. During a stressful time of in my life I treated myself to a private yoga class with Jeanne Dillion. I had been sitting in front of the computer too many hours a day and not getting any exercise- I knew I had to stretch and thus justified the luxury of a private yoga session. I had no idea the kind of profound healing experience I ultimately received was even possible in a yoga class! I was expecting to do some downward facing dogs and feel better because I had gotten myself out of my desk chair. Much to my surprise, I left the session having released an inner conflict that had been making me simply miserable. I mean, I walked out and it was gone. And I was expecting a mere, good stretch! Jeanne is so special, so gentle nurturing and highly accomplished; head and shoulders about any yoga teacher I've even encountered. She is one of those rare people who found her true calling, has a great talent and is a master at what she does. Thank you, Jeanne- you are a treasure.

I recently purchased a set of two Yoga Nidra meditations by Jeanne Dillon from the Irest website. They are especially articulate and helpful in facilitating meditation...little treasures of light. Thank you, Jeanne!

Zen like studio, meditative and approachable asana practices, deep guided relaxation and meditation. What else can I say? Pure bliss.
